The numismatically inclined among us could probably come to the defense of the Sacagawea dollar, a coin we only see when we put a fiver in the ticket machine at the local train station, but Americans haven't really been drawn to it. Perhaps it is because few realize that Sacagawea, besides being an important (though minor) part of American history, gets the treasury off the hook for both women and Native Americans. For whatever reason, they haven't taken off and are slowly being usurped by $1 coins featuring US Presidents... at least in the US. For reasons we don't really understand, the coin is taking off in Ecuador, which uses US currency and has more than half a billion dollars worth of Sacagaweas. Personally, we're partial to the 50-cent piece, but not as partial as 50 Cent might be to these wheels or as partial as Ash78 might be to a geriatric Mercedes owner with these dub-dubs.
